Back to Health Chiropractic specializes in treating many common injuries and pain symptoms.

Low back pain refers to pain that you feel in your lower back. You may also have back stiffness, decreased movement of the lower back, and difficulty standing straight

If you have a pain in your neck that keeps coming back, it’s time to do something. Waiting too long could result in more complicated treatments and a slower recovery.

We can help you with the occasional and chronic neck pain through gentle manipulations of the spine, soft tissue therapy, physical therapy modalities or Spinal Decompression Therapy.

A majority of chronic headaches are related to chronic postural strains to your neck. If you have forward head posture, arthritis in the neck or weak neck muscles, we can help you with your headaches.

We work closely with our Massage Therapists to make your recovery and comfortable and short as possible.

We commonly see patients that have a shoulder or arm pain that comes and goes with activity or exercise. These patients get great results with our treatment. Some cases of shoulder or arm pain are related to the neck. Some are from an old shoulder injury not healing correctly.  An examination for shoulder or arm pain will usually involve us examining the shoulder, middle back and neck. Shoulder problems can be very complicated and require a comprehensive approach. We also work closely with sports medicine physicians and will refer to them for consultation if we do not see improvement in our patients quickly.

The most common pain we see is hip and leg pain. This type of pain can be both debilitating and very annoying. It can come and go and leave patients very confused with what is causing it. With a thorough examination we can zero in on why you are having the pain and provide both treatment and advice on how to start feeling better, immediately. We see a lot of runners and CrossFit athletes with this type of pain. If you have this type of pain, act sooner not later. When our patients present for treatment within the first month or so of pain, we can usually get it fixed quickly.

The single most common cause of long term neck pain, shoulder pain or arm pain in the women we see is a whiplash injury to the neck from an automobile accident. Waiting for the pain to go away or medicating with over the counter medication can put you on a dangerous path. Our patients that come in shortly after their injury, usually heal in weeks not years. However, if you have had neck problems in the past, a whiplash injury from a car accident can cause a severe increase in your previous neck pain. Many people also report developing severe headache patterns after an automobile accident. Give us a call after your injury and schedule an examination. We have a digital x-ray system if you need to have x-rays taken.
